Dr. Michelle Fung
Dr. Michelle Fung graduated from dentistry in Ireland and was the first Irish dental graduate to be accepted into the University of Toronto’s General Hospital Dental Residency program at Sunnybrook Hospital. Completing this program, she continued to work with residents in the speciality of Periodontology to crown single and full-arch dental implants.Before dentistry, Dr. Fung completed a Masters degree in Neuroscience and is where her understanding of pain/anxiety management began.
Her primary areas of interest include general family dentistry, cosmetics dentistry, soft-tissue therapy, treatment for bad breath (halitosis) and management of jaw-joint and chewing muscle pain. She adores the outdoors, especially downhill skiing and has a new found interest in cycling. She is an absolute foodie passionately enjoying eating and cooking spicy foods, fine coffee and sweet treats year round.
